My one roommate is falsely accusing me and my other roommate of things we haven’t done. What do we do?

I have 2 roommates. One I went to college with and we get along well. Let’s call her S. The other one moved in not long ago. Let’s call her J. Me and S are roughly the same age (26 and 27). J is 42. S has 2 cats and I help her care for them. All was good for a while until we noticed that J started to ignore us more than usual and being snarky towards us and to the cats. Just tonight she started going off on me, falsely accusing us of things like not doing the dishes even though she never does the dishes and that we are abusing the cats because their litter is not being cleaned and she’s going to have animal control take them away even though S cleaned it yesterday and then she accuses me of stealing her weed pipe from her room. I smoke weed on rare occasions and I’ve never been in her room. She basically said she’s done with our “white trash bullshit”. I can hear her talking to the cats like “you guys are little shits”, “you fu*ks are on the counter again?”

I’m going to talk to S tomorrow about it and maybe bring it up with our landlord? I don’t know what to do at this point. I don’t have anything to prove that these accusations are false. When she moved in she did say she’s not a cat person. Why move into a place that has cats if you don’t like cats?

My other roommate S just told me that J had a guy over a few times. I was away for 2 weeks and I didn’t know so we think that maybe he is the cause of her drastic mood swing.

I have my own roommate problems. One of them is quite and doesn't bother me at all. One I don't like much, but for the most part, he doesn't bother me. And then there's the guy I don't like. He literally pins everything on me. Have I ever left a dish out? Yes, everyone has. Have I ever left a piece of trash such as an empty box of mac n cheese out? Yes. Guilty. However, according to him I don't clean anything. Yet I find trash on the counter all the time (Taco Bell, Popeye's, Steak & Shake, Wendy's, McDonald's) basically fast food trash every day. I've changed the trash just because I don't want gnats, even though it's not my trash, I have to constantly move clothes out of the washer or dryer because he just leave them there, the lights are always on.

I came home one day and found a note directed at me calling me a lazy piece of shit that needs to learn how to clean up after himself as well as a bunch of crap that doesn't belong to me in front of my door. He also threw away something just because it was mine. I repaid that by throwing away his Amazon package, throwing away his I. D. and I'm planning on damaging his car. I never had an issue, but he's a pussy. He can leave trash in front of my door, but can't knock and let me know something is bothering him. He just insults me with some note, and yet keeps his mouth shut when I'm there.

I had a tenant in my building who attacked my mentally disabled aunt over not lying to me for her to steal my stuff. I couldn't even get a restraining order. I'm homeless right now over it. She called up the electric company and had my aunt's electricity shut off. Her boss at Jimmy Johns had a connection through the Pittsburgh theological seminary to a judge downtown that hated me over a war over scuffed pumas. The corruption is real over there. Some of the judges bricked out this lady's windows for suing the mayor over overtime she didn't get paid for. Same guy stole 100mill from the teamsters pention fund for political purposes. It was ok because he was special. Same nationalist Union delusions of grandeur the North Koreans push today.
