Yes why wouldn't they be. Remember what goes on the end of 18teen and 19teen. Which means u are still a teenager. Don't try 2 grow up 2 fast.

To those who say 18 and 19 are still teenagers: if that is the case... teenagers aren't tried in courts as adults... if they are considered teenagers how come they can be tried in court as... wait for it... adults?
