What is considered "wide hips" for teen girls?

So I was wondering what was considered as wide hips for young girls.. (I'm 15)
I am skinny and my waist is 62,5 cm and my hips are 86,5 cm
(I have an A type of hips so I don't have narrow hips)
(Look at the pic and give your honest opinion please)

My hips might look small for the measurements but I have a bubble butt so that makes the number a lil' larger.
but I'm really insecure and my friends say it looks okay but I don't believe them.
I guess that's normal for a 15 year old though.
