What is wide hips?

I’m a little confused on what is actually considered wide (childbearing) hips
(A) The first two images are due to a wide thigh bone structure
(B) The middle images are due to a bigger pelvis
(C) And the last two images are due to fat distribution

In your opinion which do you think is the real meaning of wide hips?

Wider thighs (A)

Big pelvis (B)

Fat distribution (C)

Wide hips just means bigger than thier waist.
