Can a girl defend themself against a man by hitting in his testicles?

Men on average are physically stronger than women. So can a woman fight against a man for her safety by hitting in his testicles because i heard that some men actually die because of getting hit in the testicles and it is way more painful than child birth.

The answer to this is a definite YES YES YOU CAN!

The key words here is "defend themselves".

If you're in a situation where a guy is being physically violent with you, particularly in a continued attack that requires some sort of defense to put down... you kick him square in the testicles with all the strength you can put behind your kick.

Kicking a guy in the testicles is something you should never do in any OTHER situation aside from self-defense or fearing for your safety.

If you are in such a situation, however. It's one of your best options... if you can land your kick. Fair warning, men instinctively are extra protective of getting hit in the testicles. Often your own reflexes surprise you when it comes to defending against anything coming for your nuts... including feet.

Nobody to my knowledge has ever died from being hoofed in the nuts. If someone has, it's not common enough for it to be a consideration.

Nothing. at all. That is not a great thing to do if it will preserve your safety. Worrying about what effect your action might have on them is not something you should even consider. So while I'm here, may I also suggest you consider the following in ANY situation where you need to defend yourself from an agressor.

-Eye gouging. Use fingers, keys, whatever's at hand. Blind the motherfucker.
- ripping off of ears
-bitting (that's key) especially nose-biting

-if you can manage it; punching or chopping a guy in the throat (Adams apple) is even more immediately incapacitating than getting hit in the testicles. He'll think he's dying, and be gasping for breath for a good 5 minutes. Not in any position whatever to continue an attack.

Point is, if you're in a self-defense situation, the ONLY thing that matters is defending yourself successfully until you can get away. There is nothing in this world that is off limits. Nothing too brutal, too terrible, too dangerous (for them)... if It's necessary to defend yourself, you should have no moral qualms about doing ANYTHING you need to.

Under extreme circumstances, maybe it it means fighting for her life. But it's not good for him in any way lol. I can't compare the pain to child birth, but it is extremely painful! More than women realize I think. I've "accidentally" been hit or hit myself there and not very hard, but the pain! OMG! I can't imagine someone doing it hard and on purpose!

Yes it is possible. Girls cannot outcompete guys by strength but can be trained to excel in specific techniques designed to explore guys natural vulnerabilities. When fighting back in a serious situation you need to inflict an incapacitating injury, fast without warning. I attended a self defense course offered by my college long time ago. We learned how to properly kick, knee and hit a man's balls. We were even instructed that if everything fails we should play along to get access to his exposed genitals. When the attacker's mind is occupied and does not expect any resistance we should grasp one of his testicles tightly, twist it as much as possible and jerk hard using the whole momentum of your arm, and if possible, also your weight. This move will tear the spermatic cord and/or detach the epididymis from the testis causing immediate debilitating shock. You can even do it with both of your hands, each testicle in one hand which would basically castrate him. Brutal, yes, effective yes.

That's one of the best ways! If you can't kick him in the nuts, kick the outer side of his knee towards the other knee. Not only will he drop, he won't even be able to chase you for a good while! Best to use the bottom of your foot for this, kicking sideways and DRIVE IT HOME! Make it count!!
