Should this dog breed get permanently banned too?

Some breeds are too powerful to own and have been responsible for human fatalities.

Besides pitbulls, this is another one (an ugly one) that needs to be permanently banned:

If you train a dog to be aggressive, it will be aggressive. If you train it to be gentle, it'll be gentle. I got one of the most aggressive dog breeds ( according to the media ) while my friend has one of the sweetest dog breeds ( according to the media ). Guess which one is really aggressive.
Oh, and my cousin has a Presa Canario. He's one of the most playful dogs I've ever met.

I'm willing to bet your own face looks ten times scarier than any Mastiff. I've got a ton of experience with Mastiffs and they are generally some of the nicest dogs around.

I don't believe in banning any breed. Not because it is strong and not because it looks scary. Would you advocate for taking humans that you think look scary off the street too? Come on now.

I think it’s important to be open minded. Not all dogs in a particular breed are vicious.

True but they are powerful for a reason and are more prone to attack than your average Labrador, Collie or Golden Retriever for instance.

Those Presa Canarios have more strength bites than Rottweilers and more dominating personalities. The reason I said ''worse than owning a Rottweiler'' is because they are more stubborn and can rebel. At least a Rottie is less stubborn.

It's said that these breeds on the picture (Canary Mastiff) are different from the average large breed. They are difficult to train and have a very dominate personality.

They're ignorant dumb people. That type of breed should only be handled only by a professional (ex: Cesar Millan) that works on dog behavior.

No not at all. I understand some breeds look scariers and there size and strength are intimidating but as long as they are trained and treated well then there won't be an issue.
