I'm not sure what you mean when you say Hispanic and Latino. You could be referring to parts of Europe, Spain or north or south America. Latin America has more diversity than any other cultural group in the world and all parts of it are different. Mexico is not the same as Spain or Venezuela. There are lots of white people in Latin America. Almost about half of Mexico is influenced by European DNA and it is much higher in places like Argentina (off the top of my head).
Italian and French can even be interpreted as Latino. They are both Latin based language. English is even arguably Latin based.

You have Italian, French, English, Scottish, and Russian roots and yet you're complaining? All of those have their own stories to tell. And you're grouping all people who are Latino into one. Mexicans, Spanish, and Brazilians are not the same. They are all different and thar goes for their culture aswell. Also I don't think you understand the point of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Lol, this is sweet. Listen, Latinos don’t have a race. Your color can be white, black, brown, purple etc. and be considered Latina. Shakira is of Middle Eastern descent and she’s considered Latina. There are people who migrated from all over the world to Latin American countries and became part of the Latin American culture. It’s okay to embrace it and you can still be proud of who you are and where you came from. There is nothing wrong with that. Just be you. You can learn the language and befriend other Latinos and next thing you know you may be welcomed into the family.

Nothing bad about admiring a culture, but wishing you were another ethnic identity? Lol I'm not Caucasian so let me tell you that some people actually envy white folk -- in a good way of course. Just look at your beautiful self in the mirror and make the most of the color 🤷♂️.
In the end, we're all just human. Don't let your passion for a particular culture tarnish who you are.
You don't have to have latina heritage to enjoy the culture. I'm Italian and I love Nordic culture. It's all in the heart, not the heritage.
I ain't neither Latino not white but I believe everyone should be able to like whatever culture they see fit, I am an African American and I love French and Japanese culture.
