+1 yI am an "I" and I wish in the Summertime that I had smaller breasts. The thing is with you being just a "C" no plastic surgeon would agree to do a breast reduction. I don't know you personally so I cannot say you need to lose weight. I once lost 45 pounds and the only thing that changed was my bandwidth. Another thing is to, you should NEVER have any sort of breast reduction before you have had children (Yes, I know you are only 16) because pregnancy and breastfeeding change the structure of the breast. Another thing is, just hypothetical is that insurance companies will not approve nor cover breast reduction surgery unless certain criteria is met. Most require that a certain amount or volume of breast tissue must be removed. The percentage is quite high and it will leave a women with smaller breasts than she had planned. Thus forcing a woman to get implants. I think you need to invest in a couple of good quality bras and by good quality I am referring to bras other than Victoria's Secretions. Sure these bras aren't cheap and you can expect to pay $65 to $80 on a good supportive bra. I have shared some links of the type of bras I am talking about. Also you need to find a local bra boutique that measures because 70 percent of the population is wearing the wrong sized bra.

Why would a plastic surgeon disagree to a breast reduction on C cups?
- +1 y
C cups are considered smaller than average already. Average breast size is DD. try better bra fit, good posture, shoe support, and stretching.

@mordkeiser that still doesn't make sense. It's already a selective surgery. Trans people get theirs removed all the time.

+1 ygo to a good bra store and get measured. A poorly fitted bra will make you hurt.
I was a small boob girl (A cup) and hated it...
A C cup is normal and what most men like.
Personally, dont even consider breast reduction surgery. Too many small boobed women would kill to have your boobs.
A well fitted bra will take care of your problem... trust me... I have been a D cup since I have been breastfeeding for 1.5 years and I had to go buy some expensive bras and Taa Daaa... I am comfortable and my back doesn't hurt.
Of course, I dont look like I am a teen girl in a tiny little sexy bra anymore...10 Reply
+1 yWell breast reduction is one option, especially if they are causing definable and proven health issues. Go to a chiropractor, and see if they can confirm your breasts are causing back issues (yes I know you say they are, but a plastic surgeon won't just take your word for it, especially at your age).
Also try a well fitted bra, some shops specialize in finding the perfect fit, with saleswomen that will properly measure, advise on sizing, and check the fit. It may sound awkward, but they are professionals and take bra fitting very seroiusly.
Lastly, and I'm not saying you are overweight, so don't freak out, but exercise can help. It won't reduce the size persay, but if you work on your core and back it may help alleviate the pain.
I went to school with a girl that had breasts when she was in fourth grade, and they only got larger as time went on, in high school she absolutely needed a reduction, because her breasts were causing major issues with her back. She was physically active; chearleader, women's volleyball, and softball; and had custom made bras to her measurements, and yet the reduction was her only hope for comfort.00 Reply

+1 yMaybe your Bra is wrong?
When you got back pain this can come from your bra supporting the weight not right.
Another thing could be the Pill, the hormones may lead to an increased breast size.
Besides that there is just breast reduction surgery.
But maybe your back pain comes from something else, wrong posture while sitting? Hard physical work? Lifting heavy things the wrong way?
My take would be to look into measering your Breast right and than looking into different bras after confirming your bra is indeed correct talk to a gynocolocist about the pill.00 Reply

Breast reduction surgery. I know someone (a while ago) that did it because of back pain. Perhaps in late teens? She was bigger than a C though. It might make sense to wait a bit to see if your body catches up as natural is always best. Surgery is not a 100% cure all as it presents its own level of complications, possible infections, etc.

+1 yI've heard that they can be reduced with exercise because at some point the body will feed off of breast fat once the body fat is near gone, but the quickest way is surgery plus with surgery they can remove they excess skin but with exercise it would have to be toned to tighten up the skins elasticity

+1 yIf you're having back pain, insurance will more than likely pay for a breast reduction. Have your parents investigate it for you and see what can be done. Such surgery usually costs several thousand dollars, however.

That's the most disgusting thing I've seen 😂😂 eww
+1 yIts funny because some girls complain that their size C is to small.
Breasts reduction sugar is the only way I know other than burning body fat. However trying the burning body fat just depends on where your body burns the fat from some girls boobs get smaller and others lose the fat everywhere but the boobs so they look even bigger. Lol00 ReplyThat's not too big, but you could try changing the bras that you use. You can try exercising, losing weight and strengthening. Burning fat will reduce them a bit. Also, don't hunch over.
00 ReplyI had to have surgery to make mine smaller and even then they only went down to a DD. If you find a way without surgery I'm all ears. I feel your pain
00 Reply16 is too young for breast reduction surgery. Growth can continue as late as one’s early 20’s.
C is not really that big.00 Reply3.1K opinions shared on Other topic. Breast reduction apart from losing weight but that only changes them maximum a cupsize at best
00 Reply2.4K opinions shared on Other topic. Unless you happen to be overweight, then surgery is your only option.
00 ReplySurgery is the only way. Perhaps go to a bra store where they do fittings. See if they can recommend somthing that spreads the stress so you are not so sore.

+1 ySurgery is the only option. But I would recommend you to not disturb the natural body parts. Still it’s your call...
00 Reply2.8K opinions shared on Other topic. If it’s hurting you docs can perform a simple operation. Reverse breast implants.
00 Reply702 opinions shared on Other topic. I’ve heard some girls say when they lose weight it comes off their boobs first. Other than that I think surgery is the only option.
