It will.. ask your mentor.. and the person you planing to get it pierced from. Also it would affect differently with different locations on tongue.. try to imagine how it would affect your singing by looking what part of your tongue touches most, and can't sing well with something interrupting its working.
I know if affects speech a little when you first get it, doesn’t take long to get used to from what I’ve heard. Not sure if it would do anything with your singing voice
Not a smart idea it will mess up with your speech pattern. You have to be able to stay. And besides. If you're looking to get into it professionally I doubt they would want to see that that you would not be looking like your presentable.
