They have worked hard on the technologies but they are still expensive. I'm also hearing not particularly reliable either.
Since I'm not interested in a trendy badge, not very impressed with their designs, I'm not sure Tesla currently has anything to offer me.
Currently, electric is exciting but limiting. Hydrogen may ultimately be the future but this is slow to take off.
However, tesla are working on cheaper, cobalt reduced batteries. If they succeed, this may herald a different price point.

honestly if i had the big money i'd do it for the novelty...
but if you're not a rich motherfucker that can buy a tesla every other year and you look at your car as a "tool" that's supposed to transport you from A to B for a long time, that's a hard nope.
i mean generally it's a bad idea to have products that are in their infancy state as a tool you "rely" on. and then also i don't see the longevity and the ecologic aspect of it being a pro at all. the batteries won't hold up a long time, spare parts cost a fortune and without ecologic energy production, that car is as "green" as a coal roller.
True story there is a band that is called Tesla that has been around since the 80s. I was at a fast food restaurant, I was wearing a tour shirt and this older woman walks up and starts talking about the car. She was all excited about the company and Elon Musk. She exclaimed that she was saving her money and to buy one. I didn't have to heart to tell her it was an 80s band that is well known. Obviously, not so well known to her.
Any updates?
Teslas are pretty cool but I’m more of a Corvette gal

Nah I'm pretty happy with my mom car
Nope, I have blue prints for a rat rod that have been handing around for what feels like ages. If's I'm going to put 20k or more into a car, I'm going to build a car based off the blue prints I have been packing round for what feels like ever.
No please don't, it's probably one of the shadiest companies, not to mention you're not getting any greener doing an electric car over a gasoline one, usually oil powers your electric it's all coming from the original source
No, I rather buy me 2 cars and other useful things that can benefit me in the long run.
No, because the distances that I travel are greater than the range of an electric vehicle.
There is also the matter of cost.Hell no. Beyond the outrageous price tag and proprietary charging cables/stations.. It's just really pretentious.
I love the idea of Tesla. Elon Musk is a visionary and a game changer. Which model are you thinking about?
Nope. It's overpriced crap.
You are far better getting a Porche Taycan instead.No. A Tesla can cost about a million dollars in my country. That is way more than the average citizen here could make in a lifetime.
I have zero interest in electric cars until they can improve the range
I will be buying the cyber truck when it comes out.
You should get yourself a Tesla for sure.No. I will buy an electric car if we have Mediterranean climate in central Europe
