Yes, there is. I try to have both of them to stay balanced. Even when I might enjoy a lot more femininity. I see my masculine energy when setting boundaries. When expressing an idea with assertiveness. When I need to step for myself and communicate my needs. Also when I'm sweating while working out.
I also have learned about it through my family to discern there are times in which one of the dimensions might be more beneficial.
A friend of mine was an author and wrote a bunch of fascinating books on male and female energies - I think I’ve lost her contact and forgotten her name since it’s been so long
I don’t remember them anymore but one had the word shakti in it and might have been published by the university of Toronto - its about Hindu goddesses but my friend was white
I think so yes - she was a very kind woman

I’m not a spiritual type of person, I don’t think those things are real. But I’d just like to put in some of my thought. Many of those qualities are not wholly unique to men or women, but instead traits taught by our society that must be abided by. Aside from biological sex parts, there is not much that separates a man from a woman. Being kind or being nurturing doesn’t make you feminine, it just makes kind nurturing person.
I try to use them simultaneously. Healthiest for the cognitive brain.
I definitely am more feminine than masculine but i know i have abit of both in my ways of thinking and ways i want to do things, i am attracted to masculine energy only though i think.
In situations where I'm scared or unsure. I wish I wasn't such an emotional person
When I'm seducing my boyfriend I use feminine energy and it works
There's no balance. I'm a man and act 100% masculine like a man. Feminine energy is for effeminate often sissy/gay men.
I use feminine energy more
Yes thank God I'm androgynous
I'll just take more energy.
