If you were wrongfully put into an insane asylum, how would you convince them that you’re actually sane and not just pretending to be sane?

I'd probably just talk to the psychiatrists the way I do now because I visit one every week and just cooperate and tell them about my problems and they'd realse themselves that it's not that serious with me. In the meantime I'd just chill and enjoy the free food and housing.

You don't. The more you try to prove the more they will inflict further damage. It's a psyche game. So don't give them anymore probably cause to drug you up and stuff because if they do something wrong and you God forbid die, somebody will get sued. You have to fight mentally. Not physically unless warrented.
