Not everything but it's a necessity.
It's very rare to find loyal and honest pals nowadays. So what else is left? Money only.
In relationships also you never know when your partner suddenly loses interest or changes their mind.
The world revolves around it. It pays the bills. It put food on the table. It was, is and will always be the answer. If i had money, my life would be worth living. I will probably be old if i work my bum off now to become rich. I don't see the point, if i work hard now, become rich when i'm in my 50s, whats the point? Won't have much riches left to enjoy. So im hoping in 2021, I'll have the courage to end my life.
Probably because we struggle to get it just to survive. Some of us struggle more than others.
Money is worth less than a God, but more than a man, lol.

It is in the American culture that money is center of success and happiness. Only visiting other countries and culture do you see it is wrong.

It isn't the answer to everything, but having it can eliminate a lot of problems and potential problems.
It's not the answer to everything but it does help with getting your life together and stable at least. Money won't make you happy but it will make life easier.

Money is the answer to many problems
It's kinda weird and silly how many think otherwise.
You need money to survive, and from there you can thrive.

I agree. Every time someone asks for a pay rise I tell them that. The problem with poor people is they always want money to buy food and pay bills but I keep telling them money isn't everything.

Money makes the world go round. We need money for everything these days and no one is Willing to give things for free or do trade. Free things are only given to charities. Everyone has desire and needs to have something better than others. So we all can be proud and happy. If we don't have a home or love or other emotional support and connections at least the things we desire can be bought with money and just wait for other things to fall in our laps

@Emilia267 well it hard to say the reason for certain. I'd say because money can buy a lot of envy. And when you think that matters. As you get older you realize how rare deep, caring relationships are. Money will always matter in your life but as you get older you realize it's just a tool. A necessary evil for survival.

To give you an example, I have to consider whether a woman is OK with moving to be with me. Although I live in a nice area, not everyone would be willing to do that.

I think it's the answer to almost everything. the vast majority of the problems that a lot of people have in life can usually be solved with money.
Money will make your life easier, but it doesn't mean you'll be happy. It's how you spend your money that makes you happy. Money opens many doors and therefore creates opportunities.
The real question is why people think that having a lot of money has a negative effect on happiness. When you have the resources to do what you want to do in life the happiness comes to you.
It might not be the answer to everything but... Apart from time, what else can you not use it for? :3

Sure love is amazing but it will only get you so far in life. Love isn’t going to pay your bills, buy you food, buy Christmas presents for your kids, buy you a car, buy you heating, buy you a house. The majority of people’s problems could easily be solved with money.
The people dying of cancer, the people who died from Coronavirus, money didn't help there... We need money to survive, but we don't need to be so materialistic... People have taken needs/wants, necessary/unnecessary too far... And kids need love, time, and attention from their parents more than gifts
People die, it’s life. Love isn’t going to pay for their funerals. There are toys out there that help with kids development, learning and education. Love isn’t going to pay for their education or school books.
I’m also pretty sure that money is what made the Covid vaccine possible, money is also what’s funding the research for cancer cures and money is also what’s paying for the hospital equipment to save people’s lives. So.

not true, the grandson of rockefeller bought both time and death with money (7 heart transplants, when the average person fails to find one - this wasn't because he matched all the donors).
David rockefeller got his 6th heart transplant at 99 and died at 101. First heart issues occured in 1976, thus you could argue his money bought him an extension of 41 years.
For time - You can hire someone to do the chores for you and you'll have more time.

Snopes didn't deny the information, but rather the credibility of the news source it came from referencing previous lies they''ve told as a basis for their claim. The issue being they only discreditted one news source, when many reported it. so I don't know, think what you want. The point I tried to make was that a single heart is almost impossible to obtain, and a guy with money obtained more than one - 6... 7... irrelenvant because either way he's had a plethora of successful surgeries that extended his life well past what it would have been if he was poor or middle class.
