Getting over trauma?

Hi guys, i just wanted to know if you ever experienced any kind of trauma and how did you get over it, or whats your best advice?

I was pissed and angry for most of a year, I took 8 months of krav maga lessons for the insurance money i got out after the knife robbery. got stabbed twice in the leg, and rib cracked when they kicked me. So my advice is process and improve your situation. I didn't take any time of work and signed up for my lessons next session since, I needed my leg to heal so I couldn't join the one that was about to start. But do what you can to avoid it happens again.
