C: Adult is very much a hallow title and has been for several generations. It's easy to call ourselves an adult. But making it such a title worth anything was a goal that people would strive for. Making such a title worth something has nearly anything to do with your age. It has just about everything to do with how we conduct ourselves.

This is why a 20 year old can be more of a adult then a person that is two or three times their age. Because that 20 year old conducts themselves like adult more then the others do.

They're young adults, but adults, yeah. At 20, you can't even legally have alcohol here. You're too immature to be trusted with it, they say. You can own a gun, join the military, and have children of your own, of course, but that's it! Only those insignificant things. lol Yeah, at 20-21, you're an adult. And at nearly 30, I'm an old man. I recognize this. As do my knees.

They will technically be called "Adults" after they turn 18. However, I think the definition of "Mature" and "Immature" all depends on their attitude, heart and mind.

Will they act like Adults, or Children? That's what separates actual Adults to Kids.
