I would consider a young adult 18-25 only because most young adults aren't leaving the house now until around 25 and getting their graduate degrees and less are getting married until 30 or later.

I’m sure young adult was 18-25 and middle age was 40-60 before but in the last couple of years it seems young adult has become 18-30 and middle age has become 35-55.

Well you're probably right. It seems it has shifted a bit with how society and the economy is today. I would change middle age back to 40 though because I will be 35 in less than 2 years and I don't feel close to middle aged at all based on my stature in life. Many people are not getting houses until 40s now.
