Do you consider 18 year olds full grown adults?

So when I was like 18 I totally believe that s***. When I was 20 I totally believe that s***. When I was 24, I started to think maybe I wasn't as grown as I thought I was at 18 or 20 or even 22 for that matter. By the time I got to be 28, I totally knew I was not grown at all. But by 32 I started to have a real sense of what it meant to be a grown man. So the short answer to your question is no I do not consider 18-year-olds to be grown, I don't even consider 22-year-olds to be grown. And Studies have told and proven that women and men both do not fully mature mentally until the age of 25. That's when both your brains have reached their maximum level of growth and development. From there your brain just starts to read Network itself to streamline two-way communication between both sides of your brain.

At 18 you can serve your country. But not drink.

At 18 you can vote on next leaders of your country.

At 18 your an adult. (17 in Texas)

But not all 18yr olds act like an adults. This is true. For the ones that don't I treat as children. For the ones that have their shit together and act like one, I treat as one.

By law, they are. At least in the States. Anyway, it depends on the person and how he or she was raised. There are some mature 18 year olds out there.
