The only way I would treat someone horribly is if they deserved it. If they won money the day after, I would be salty but I never expect to get any money in the first place.
You know like the guy/girl that cheats on their partner or abuses them in some other way, and then that person his the lottery.. If you hadn't hurt them, mistreated them, you'd be a part of their windfall, but because you did, now you're not type of thing...
I'm sure there are people like that, but knowing they exist, and do the things they do, does not make it any easier too wrap my brain around why they do it. I guess they just have a different moral compass than I do.
Why it’s best to treat people the way you want to be treated , , when someone is mean or nasty to you then walk away and exempt them from your life , life is too short to be with someone that makes you feel like dirt
To answer your update , if I cheated then she hit the lottery I would still leave her considering for me to cheat on her just tells me I didn’t love her , money doesn’t buy love ,
I wouldn't expect money regardless I had been nice to them but if I was horrible to them it would have been with good reason. I'd be livid and plotting their downfall. Giving their contact details to every charity and needy cause going would be the starting point
PROBLEM SOLVED! If you treat someone horribly it probably means you do not like them for starters so if they win the lottery hopefully they hit it big & you never see them again.
I think I might need to step into some different shoes for this one. If I was mean then I suppose I might also I be the type to get jealous or spiteful if that happened.
I feel there's no correlation between the two, both the events are mutually exclusive. Because i would have been horrible towards him regardless he wins the lottery or not
There is a reason i was horrible to them (because i rarely are). That they happen to win a lottery.. good for them . But it doesn't change my point of view on them.
It doesn't matter. For some people you can never be on their right side. You would be always doing something wrong. Think of walking on the egg shells.
To me, not cheating on people, not lying to people, treating people with decency isn't walking on eggshells it's just being a decent person who don't treat people a way they shouldn't be treated

I'd feel horrible for treating someone horribly. I don't know what the lottery has too do with it.

Definitely be kicking yourself in the ass for being a dumbass lol
Honesty đź‘Ť refreshing lolol

Very true
That'd be karma I guess. Nothing I can be upset or feel regrets about.

Not care. It's probably a person I hate, would ignore anyway

They won the money,, not me.
Whether I was good, bad, or in the barrel, I wouldn't expect any money from them.
Just wait til next time, though!

I wouldn't care. Then again, it takes some a LOT for me to be mean / treat someone badly.
PS. This wasn't always the case.
👍👍🙂

I wouldn't care. I obviously burnt that bridge for good reason. Money isn't going to change my mind about a person.
Wouldn't care. The ship's already set sail if you get my drift

I wouldn't care. It's their money, not mine. I've always got by without spongeing off other people.

If I treat someone horribly I deserve whatever bad thing comes my way. Karma is a bitch.
People say that but then she a blind bitch or fickle bitch cuz she don't always got the right people
No one said life was fair. God does play dice with the universe, despite what Einstein said.
Does it matter either way? I don't feel the need to badger them for money unlike most people.
I don’t ever ask somebody for money, if I need money I do a balance transfer.
There is a reason i was horrible to them (because i rarely are). That they happen to win a lottery.. good for them

Depends. I may think what an undeserving buster. B******

Thanks brains!

I guess I got side tracked. What I said above may not be related to your question.
I bet you are a kind person.
I try to be
Wouldn't care. Also wouldn't treat someone badly unless they already did so to me or someone I care about.
