There's a hole in my bucket. How do I fix it?

Apparently I can fix it with straw but the straw I've got is too long. To be honest I'm not 100% what I'm supposed to do with the straw. It's some kind of genetically modified super straw or something, reckon I'll need axe to cut it but mines really blunt.

Any suggestions?

Ok, my mate Liza says I've got to sharpen my axe. But my sharpening stone's too dry, what do I do?

I don't think straw would be too waterproof. I would go with some kind of plastic or something that you could apply using silicone caulk.

Thats easy, simply put the bucket upside down, that way the hole is on top and nothing will leak out of it.

You need something big, fat and blunt to plug that hole. No need to cut it. Just put it in deep.
