Yo I've been having major acid reflux for a really long time now and I have to take Omeprazole daily and tums right next to my bed. I hear your story, though I've never thought drinking a little bit of coffee would make a difference which I've not stop doing.
Just try it for a week. See how you feel.It might work, it might not. Just see.Hopefully this may help.Good luck
I was drinking multiple cups every day though, now it's a treat maybe one cup a month.
What about pizza and those acidic type foods? How do you handle that.
I also stopped all tomato based foods.I love lasagna and pizza. Now they're an occasional treat. Not a main staple of my diet.Even at the events where I didn't drink too much I'd still feel sick the next day, from the foods I was eating.Food is so highly processed now that it's doing less for the body but it seems like it's making me more sick.I do this n one month cycles. Stop alcohol, no carbs/starches, intermittent fasting (you have to do aerobics in the morning) and not eating until evening. One meal of lean meat and salads. Just for a month, no cheat days. I lose about 15lbs if I stick to it.Then take a break without going crazy. It works for me. Everyone is different. It might work for you, or not.It certainly can't hurt.

Excellent 👌 I enjoy the peppermint mocha too and pumpkin spice
Man you may enjoy the coco cola coffee. It's insanely good.
Those coffees sound good, but I don't think I can get them just in a Walmart or whatever. Are these online orders?
Yeah unless you know someone in Jamaica or a Caribbean market place
I wonder if they have coffee tea out there lol
I wonder if I'd be able to drink that, cause I can't down coffee for the life of me
