I'm a morning, noon and night coffee sipper! I can drink a cup and head right to bed no probs, I've always been that way. Except if it's some light roast coffee like Folgers or other "grandpop" coffee, for some reason that stuff gives me a caffeine buzz that I can't go to sleep for days!! I normally drink a darker roast which is a bit less caffeine and works for me. Love espresso in all its variations.

Let's just say I'm the kinda guy who orders Hot Cocoa at starbucks when it is 90F out. I actually don't remember the last time I had coffee lol. Tea is alright, but I'd actually prefer just water over that.

Hot chocolate though with little marshmellows... Yum.
Hot chocolate is a cousin to chocolate milk, my favorite drink. Gets an A+ in my book 👍

I dont drink coffee however lately I have been a morning joe, just a cup or less of pure black coffee.

Coffee doesn't phase me. It doesn't perk me up (like it does for some people) it actually relaxes me

I've cut back to 2 or 3 a day, always 2 cups every morning and another later in the day if I'm craving it bad enough. I used to drink 5 or 6 a day but I got gastritis 😣

Gastritis is pretty bad lovely :/ I can see why you needed to decrease your coffee intake. I use to drink coffee on top of energy drinks. I don't drink energy drinks anymore (my boyfriend didn't want me too). But I'm kind of surprised I'm not bouncing/jumping on the ceiling lol
