I'd want to add six inches to finally be at least 6'5" and not the short little manlet I am now. My height is my biggest insecurity and I hate being an F on the human genetic scale. (D- technically, but that's still awful.) Human men genetically are supposed to be 184 cm/6'1", as that's what early Homo Sapiens were before agriculture shrank humanity down severely; eight inches/17.5 cm in fact. Anything below that is just a genetic failure of the species for males, and I'm stuck in this "failure" zone.

Personality wise, I'd say I should have more ego ("confidence").

If I was going to change anything it would be I would allow people to see the real me but I don't want to do that at least not right now I like people I love people but I don't want people to love me so sometimes in many ways and give them that reason not to in a roundabout way

My penis. I've vein problems in my penis which causes ED. It's also a bit on the smaller size. I wish it could be better. Also I wish I was smarter. I've 87 IQ. It's difficult to get a good job if you're not smart.
