Congress attempting to take a simple vote. I don't remember what the vote was about, but I watched a video from C Span.

It was absolutely painful to watch. A person has to call on each member to vote, and of course, none of them are paying attention at all. So they have to call out each name about 6 times to get their attention.

How is it humanly possible that they just can't vote electronically all at once, and take a task that takes a good hour, and shave it down to 20 seconds?

Along with not paying attention, many were sleeping or on their cell phones. The rest were just wondering around aimlessly like a scene from the walking dead.

Disturbing shit, first thing I thought is that no living thing deserves this, no murderers, no rapists, no child molesters, NOBODY.

And fun fact: Nelson Mandela's wife killed people against their revolution this way.

I've seen a few horrible deaths that haunt me a bit, but then again, it's sobering and makes me appreciate life more.
I've seen children testifying in court about the horrific things that have been done to them by people they trusted. It makes you realize how completely soulless sociopathic people are and feels toxic to your soul.
