
How do you deal with stress (❁≧.≦)?


I set small goals for myself. I would assume you're stressed over school? HAHA you're really young :")
So for example, my end goal is to score an A for math. I'll plan out what I want to do to get that A leading up to my exams. So eg. today, I want to finish 2 math papers. - when I actually do finish then I'll allow myself to relax and do whatever I want. Of course, I would also give myself breaks in between papers? I would take a 15 minute break every 2 hour (and of course this doesn't work for everyone so you need to figure out how long can you sit down and full on focus on your work) I would also celebrate? For being able to complete what I wanted to do for the day.
Basically, make sure you have enough time to rest, play, socialise and study. Understand your priorities & know what helps you de-stress.
For me, I enjoy playing sports and it really helps me to de-stress. So being on the national team really forces me juggle my sports and studies at the same time but it also helps me to de-stress and let it all out during training?
Also, make sure you have sufficient sleep as well. We tend to get really tensed up and frustrated when we're tired and we can't take in information as efficiently.
Oh, listening to music helps me quite a lot as well. To relax. It really depends on what makes you relaxed, calm and composed. All the best!!
Okay here goes go to find out what the real problem is I think reality and give to your higher power it is something you cannot do anything about remember we can control ourselves we can't control other people people we get stressed give it to your higher power and pray for the best outcome do your footwork and things work out better I have found that stress relief ever gets to the root of the problem and it doesn't keep coming back
I don’t know if I’ve ever been stressed before, but things that help with my Pit Black feelings is listening to this while also singing along and thinking of things I can draw. A few things I had in mind are an Erlikosaurus pulling on a tree to eat some berries and then finding a Troodon clinging onto the tree and screaming at them, several dinosaur heads making emotions, a T. Rex throwing around a Parasaurolophus by the neck, a Kosmocerstops fighting an Albertosaurus, and a Suchomimus fishing.

Oh man. This brings me straight back to high school. Here’s a memory for ya. I was 15 and I was so stressed out about a stupid essay test that I pitted out my dark green old navy sweatshirt down to my waist.

I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder at age 36. I wish I had gotten a diagnosis sooner.

I listen to music, earphones in, laying on the bed, close my eyes.
I sleep
I practise my hobbies, (running, gaming, watching a movie, stretching, ...)
I talk to friends
I take a long hot bath
yeah that's about it
A good, hard workout (like running, aerobics or martial arts) followed by a long, hot shower and then a glass of wine cuddled up in front of the television - something light-hearted like a comedy show or something! :)

I used to swim hard a lot. Burn off that youthful nervous energy.
Now I'm much more reflective and able to look with in, repair quietly under the safety of my quilt.
I get serious addictions whenever i am stressed out. Now i just channel it somewhere else, like gaming or gymming, cycling, swimming etc.

Reading used to help. Now I am on anxiety medication

I learned many centuries ago to never let stress get to you. Treat whatever you think is "stressing" you out like a challenge instead and defeat it.
I take a walk, or I skateboard - basically just exercise in a fun, passive way. The alternative is to just not deal with it
I get high and wait for the problem to go away on its own
