I'll answer your question, since the two dumbasses that answered before me can't. Growing up as a black guy myself in a predominantly white area I noticed a lot of the white girls I date had 2 things in common. They had issues with their dad, and their dad was racist.
This leads me to believe that a lot of white girls date black guys because it's still regarded as a taboo.
