I can't even recall the last time I used that word so... hardly, if never?
It seems like a young person's overused term to express your displeasure or disdain over something. Kind of like how people overuse the word "viral."
Hell, just say you don't like it like the rest of us, LOL

There are many words I attempt to not use at any time. Because there is an idea that is a word is used too much you can cheapen the meaning of it. If the same word is used enough it loses all value. Cringe is like many words that have lost all value due to over usage. Online based forms of mass communication have increased the process as well.

in my mind a lot... every day, there's a lot of things that make me "cringe"
but to actually say it... very rarely
I cringe at the thought or sight of this
dangerous dictator and his bully commie regime.

I use it when my sister is like you know flirting with me (it is just teasing OK) or is acting all cute and clingy. She looks like some sort of pig hybrid when she pouts. I don't know how others find her pout cute. Or when my friends will dramatically say that they can't live without me (it is pure buttering so that I can show the answers of homework to them!).
It does sound like a word a young adolescent would use. It’s dramatic. Can’t recall having used it myself. Not even in quote.
Yeah I think that's something more the young people say... And as I'm old, not young...🤷🤣
Only in it's correct context and nearly always in the past tense.
Sometimes. Lots of things to cringe at these days. 🤷🏻♀️
I don’t use it. I say something is “cringy” if it makes me cringe. But something can’t BE cringe.
I see it most often on YouTube from channels like PewDiePie.

I rarely use that word. In a year I might say it once or twice.
Not to often, but I’ll say things like “cringeworthy”, even just say “cringe” at times.
Not often. Tbh anyone who uses it on anything more than not often is so themselves.
its actually become pretty cringe to use the word 'cringe' (^ワ^=)
Really to almost never, and only in its correct context.

Never. "Cringe" or "my sides" make no sense in languages in speak natively, I understand their meaning but I don't use them.Usually with 80% of what I see and hear everyday lol
I don't use the word much but I do feel it very often.
Quite often coz of the huge amount of cringe i have to see all day.
I don't hear the word that much but I can always tell the expression people make.
