Pretty often honestly. They're like filler sometimes for me. They can add humor too. I think as long as it's not using f-bombs every other word (which is pretty low class), it can actually be healthy.

Swearing in moderation is actually linked to mental health and physical health benefits, and there's also a relation to intelligence.

Usually, if I'm with someone else, I don't swear. Even if they do from time to time. IF they do, then I know it's okay for me to and I MIGHT let fly with one every so often but, for the most part, I just don't. When I'm here by myself and talking to myself (I meet a better class of people that way!), I'll swear a fairly good bit more because I don't care about the words, they can't hurt me unless I give them the power to do so and, because there's no one else around to hear me so, who's gonna care?
However, no matter who I'm with, if I'm REALLY pissed off, I let loose!!! As I said, if they can't deal with it, that's THEIR problem, not mine!! THEY GAVE the words the power to hurt them!!

Not often, and only when it adds meaning.

Swearing can be expressive, but if it’s constant it loses impact. The strongest communicators don’t need it every sentence.

Used sparingly, it can emphasize a feeling. Overused, it just sounds careless.

Its ok to say someone is "funnier then shit." Its not ok to say they are "dumber then shit"
