(Deep breath) 1) life is about meeting people and having experiences. 2) people won’t care about you as much as they care about what you can do for them. So learn as many skills as possible. This world is a service economy. Can’t get by on day labor or typing. 3) sex happens naturally between people, almost like conversations do. Don’t worry about being good at it or experienced or even “too experienced”. None of that matters. Just meet someone you care about. And be sure you want sex. And don’t be afraid to say no.
1. If college is in your plans, learn about CLEP tests. These tests are more widely accepted than AP tests in college. Use the website passyourclass. com to get study materials. These books cost around $45 altogether plus around $90 for the test itself. That is $135 to take a test to skip a college course that could cost several hundred dollars for tuition and books. The books on the website I mentioned are enough to pass these tests if you remember them perfectly.
2. Learn about how credit scores are determined. Learn what a secured credit card is and how to use it responsibly to build your credit. Your credit score and reports literally run your life so do not wait until 18 to start learning about it.
Remember what you see, hear, and experience. It's a virtual certainty that your teenage years will NOT be the best years of your life, and everyone who went through their own knows this, but they forget it, and patronizingly say so to teenagers- but it's STILL against the law to punch them when they do. Don't make the same mistake!
I didn't have too much wisdom , thought I knew it all , fortunate to have lived though the mistakes , males are worse at that age. Id just say this , avoid risk taking activities , drugs , drinking , driving , boyfriends - this is where most of your problems will come from. Get those factors under control you are 80 % there , just be VERY careful , very.
Learn how to deal with strong emotions early on. You'll feel worthless even might think about giving up but stay positive coz mostly it's just a dumb phase. Have patience, decisions made in a hurry can fuck u up real bad. Make true pals that you believe will stick with you rather than exploiting or manipulating you. Those people will be in your life for a long time and having trustworthy people is a blessing nowadays. You'll face many people with conflicting opinions, just ignore if they're overly entitled to it. If they are civil about their beliefs then you might learn a thing or two coz correctness is highly relative.

Umm, you have Metallica as your photo... You are doing just fine young lady!
My wisdom is do NOT date until college or university. If you want to get laid just get laid, it is easy for girls, don't think you need to be in a relationship to do it. Focus on your studies and own your body. Separate sex and love. Only do it because you WANT to do it, not to prove something or because everyone else is doing it. Stick to school. The best thing you can do is develop good studying habits, it reverberates into other facets of your life and that one good habit will make you successful everywhere. Then when you have good habits, and you separated sex and love, you become the boss bitch. And you listen to metal so fuck yeah. \m/
I'm still technically a teenager but here's my advice: Don't feel pressured to do things that "everyone else is doing" Our hormones make even the little things feel like the end of the world, that's why teen depression and suicide is so high. Don't fall victim to either one. You got this
Enjoy your teen years, don't rush it. Things like sex are better to have when you are an adult (pregnancies and STI are no game). You do need certain independance to have it (money and your own space), otherwise imagine having to deal with a pregnancy (wanted or unwanted) without having the cash to pay for everything you'll need to pay. Also, imagine the cost of paying a doctor and treatments to recover from a bacterial STI (viral STI don't have cure, only treatments to mantain the virus controlled or dormant).
Other things like group preasure can screw your mind. Been a teenager is been someine trying to fit somewhere. Better be careful of choose as friends.
I can keep on, but your parents would probably give you more insight.
Oh, I almost forgot. As the teen guy I was, please consider that hormonal changes will make many guys see you with the eyes of a horny m*th"? r F*ck**! Be aware. The one guy that respects you will be the right one for you.
Girls at that age are vicious. Your hormones are out of control and force you to throw yourself at them. Maintain self control and don't fall in to the trap that nature has laid for you. Your life won't really begin for another 20 years. Keep your head down. Protect your business. Keep your zipper zipped. Play the long game. Good Luck.
Happy belated birthday but here’s my advice. When you feel pressured to do something take a step back and think about it first. Whether it’s a guy, girl, friends, parents, school or even work. Step back and look at the situation before diving into it.
Everything will change. Around you and inside you. Whatever you are now 100% sure of, whether it's your feelings about something/someone, your world views and ideology, and so on, will change in the future. More than once. And that's a good thing, because if you don't evolve, you don't learn and grow. So be humble about yourself and the world around you. Know that you know nothing. Like all of us. Only then you can learn and grow.
Focus on study, get a part-time job or join cadets, follow "wholesome" pursuits, avoid low temptations like tobacco, alcohol, late parties, get a savings account, learn Krav Maga, learn firearm safety, eat a balanced diet, above all don't take any shit from anyone lol,,,
Your friends will determine who you are. The company you keep is extremely important. The only reason I got into a top university, was because those around me were striving for that as well and I basically absorbed information from them. And it definitely helped push my life in the right direction from an earlier age.

Don't worry about what people think of you. You caring about it isn't gonna change their opinion of you.
Put effort into your grades. I didn't and I really regret it now.
Save up some of your money.
Be careful what you post online bc a lot of employers will look up your social media and then reverse search your username
Remember what you do today affects tomorrow. That goes for anything... diet, fitness, finances, actions or lack of action. This concept will always apply. Another thing is that, depending on location, you are almost a legal adult. So, start thinking and getting in the mindset of adulthood because soon... you will be held accountable as one.
- Get a part time job (don’t over work yourself still enjoy the freedom you have before you actually HAVE to work) -Save!!! Put $50 or even $100 a month away and don’t touch it, you’ll be happy it’s there later on - Wait on relationships, like honestly if you’re curious about sex just be safe but don’t get attached to anyone.. once you’re 18 you graduate and you move on to the next phase of your life. Most of the time relationships don’t workout in high school. - And please please please don’t rush into growing up, have fun with everything and remember you still have a lot to learn and you’re still changing.
Good friends, little or no drugs maybe some social alcohol I don't know if its legal for you, ik look isn't everything but getting a gym membership is a good shout even if ur not overweight just to stay healthy. And make the most of them years as ur friends will start to get jobs or go to a university so you'll see less of them.
I'd love to go back to 2012 and relive my life better, I only followed like half of my advice, I have good friends currently in college but didn't enjoy my life back then.
Value your loved ones, you don't know when you'll lose them. If your grandfathers live nearby, go and visit them, take pics with them, hug them, tell them how much they mean to you. If they live far way, call them frequently.
Use your time in a smart way, don't waste it.
And, this may sound cliche, but live every moment, they'll never go back.
Enjoy, you're in the best years of your life, I'd do anything if I could go back in time and have 16 again
Don't worry what others think of you. If something makes you happy or you enjoy doing it - do it. Don't live for the approval of others. Don't hold back from doing things you want to do and find a balance between people who will push you try new things while not letting anyone force you into doing things you are really not comfortable with.

Don't be a dick to others, even when it's merited, as you may end up working with them.
Save as much as you can, and when you can. There will always be better shit to buy, but bills can break you if not paid.
