40 degrees F (4.5 C) is rather chilly. Not as cold as some places I've lived, but quite a bit colder than where I now reside.
At the moment, it is 81 F outside. Sparse clouds, and gentle breeze blowing.

The weather has been bipolar where I am. One day is 70, the nest its 45. Lol today it's on the colder side. We'll see how long it lasts.

That's our typical winter here, and ideally rainy too, but at least it only snows in the mountains. In 6 months it will be 40C or 104F again and everyone will be melting in the at least dry heat.

4°C I do not keep track on converting into Ferenheit, the lowest it has been this year is - 4°C.

Unfortunately we had very little snow that did not settle, and I think that my area will not see snow for a couple of years!
