I very much doubt that you did that as bending tubing that way requires a piece of machinery of which most non-professional don't even know the existence of. Whoever did that piece of work deserves to be fired though.

It would have been easier to rehang the clock (one screw & plug) than to bend the pipe (pipe spring inside the pipe and brute force to shape)
