It's more about the blank stare in their eyes then anything else. You see it in people with serious personality disorders and violent criminals. You look into there eyes and there is nothing there. There is no feelings or life. So it can feel like you are looking into the eyes of someone that is dead. It also tends to put people on high alert. Because mentally we label then as a threat. Also they don't have to have a complete dead stare. It's something about their eyes when we look in them that seems off. So we go on alert.

Saying that it's about a persons facial structure does not really cover it. Because someone with facial scarring or misshaped might not set you off as much or at all.

I think it’s important to note that unlike other pictures being taken. A mug shot, is not one where smiling makes sense or is appropriate.

Given that you are getting your picture taken because you’re being booked for a crime you committed and will then need to stand trial.

When I got my mugshot taken I had tears in my eyes and did not look happy by any means.

So again, if someone is smiling in their mugshot. There definitely is something wrong with them

They have triangular noses and tight lips. Most also have a shorter distance between their eyebrow and their eyeball. And they all have a careless look in their eye.

This notion that you can tell if someone's a psychopath by their face is stupid.. on par with the idea of the "predatory stare" and ALMOST as bad as the "Ubermensch" myth surrounding them.

No. They come in all different shapes, sizes, colors and flavors.. and none of said categories include "Lizard People" or whatever else you probably think.

They all have a similar "pampered white girl" face.
All of them; would smash.
Especially #6 in the top row and #5 in the middle row.

Mugs shots are crazy nobody is going to be in a good mood taking a jail pic lol the ones that are mean looking don't scare me the person that are smiling in a great mood after getting caught for murder or something insane that's the ones that bug me out lol like why u so happy like the person just taking a happy selfie or something u about to get locked up forever stop smiling lol
