Also don't say this is just for pretty girls because unlike men there are plenty of things available for you to easily change your appearance. The whole of the beauty industry is set up for women although it's not like it matters anyway since most male preferences are things that you can change on your own unlike the popular preference of height.

Even if you don't want to take the route of using your body for capital Universities are accepting more women than men now anyway so you can easily achieve a well-paying job the conventional way too. Monetary and financial benefits aside women benefit more from court systems, education systems and social groups. I mean think about it even though all this stuff exist society has still somehow convinced itself that Men lead easier lives. We're more likely to kill ourselves, be homeless, be killed and be assaulted. I don't even know where the idea came from that women can't even walk around at night when statistics litterarly show it's more dangerous as a man to do so. But I guess society has come to the conclusion that none of that measures up to being catcalled. Which by the way is only harassment if the person who is showing interest in you is deemed unattractive? Life as a women is so easy that getting COMPLIMENTS has turned into their biggest issue.

Getting women to take responsibility or be accountable for anything is like getting a man to give up all sex and masturbation for life: Theoretically possible, but highly unlikely for most of them.

So yeah, getting a woman to admit she has it easy in life would be like getting her to admit any failures or shortcomings they have are entirely 100% of their doing. And frankly, it's easier to just blame "patriarchy" or Donald Trump for your failures if you can get away with it.

Though to be fair, many men can't accept responsibility for their own failures, as well. If it's something like height or your ethnicity, which you cannot change and did not choose, that's one thing. But many people are just lazy or don't work hard enough when it comes to achieving what they want.

I've failed enough times in my life to know what things are possible, what things are possible but astronomically low to accomplish, and what things are very much possible and relatively easy to obtain.

But here's one thing to chew on. You wanna know WHY women get their asses kissed 24/7 in society? One word: pregnancy. If society didn't cater to women, we'd literally go extinct. That's why women live life on Easy Mode and pretty much always have. Because sperm is cheap and plentiful, but a womb (and in most cases, the mother herself) is invaluable.

Nature set up men to fail, from the start. It'd only be a matter of time when the world became coinvent enough to offshoot women's physical and intellectual imbalances. Nowadays, even the most moronic women can succeed if they're just pretty; it's called being a model. Or a porn star. Or an Instagram. chick. Or an Only Fans thot. Men have never succeeded without hard work though, unless they were just born rich. So if your parents aren't millionaires and you're a man, 99% of the time, you're SOL. Welcome to modern society.

Your only winning move is to not play the game. I didn't learn that myself until I was 30. You wanna be happy: build yourself your own island. You wanna be miserable? Play by society's rules and definitions of what makes you a "man:" Being good looking, subservient to everyone but yourself, and disposable.

1) Women that profit off their bodies online also get their nudes shared/slut shamed, receive death, sexual assault, & rape threats daily, & are not taken seriously if anything happens to them.

2) yep university is accepting more women than men now. Women still have to be able to AFFORD to go to college to benefit from this. Plus, women had to fight to even be allowed education so…also men have opportunities after high school that women still don’t have equal access to (certain trades, inheriting family businesses, being encouraged/given tools to start businesses, construction jobs, military, etc). And this is a inequality for men as well that could be solved through gender equality as many of these are dangerous jobs & shouldn’t only be placed on men.

3) men absolutely do have higher suicide rates, inequality in court systems, more prone to homelessness, etc. these are all examples of gender inequality that can be improved by giving men better mental health resources, normalizing mens emotions & vulnerability, providing women more job opportunities so men are not always expected to financially provide, normalizing women working so that men could stay home with the kids & therefore start being seen as more nurturing, caring, etc which is a stereotype many courts & homeless shelters use sadly. The issue is that toxic masculinity & biases even at the house & senate levels typically says “no crying, suck it up, be a man, go provide, cooking & parenting is feminine….” & then we get nowhere.

4) and finally: me being catcalled as woman has nothing to do with you being homeless. Why can’t I stop being catcalled AND we provide better options for men facing housing insecurity? Why is it one or the other? Also if you want to be respected & get support for mens equality, you should stop invalidating womens inequality. BOTH are valid & important & just as men have inequality in this country that women don’t realize cause of privilege, the reverse is also true. Women are told from the time are little that we are sexual objects that will be catcalled & that can turn into sexual assault and rape or worse. You can also be “too sexy” at work, school, etc that can prevent you from having a career. Or you can be a victim and get blamed for what you’re wearing or for exercising normal rights. So we better dress modest & not leave our homes & not walk alone…. you can’t tell me that’s not inequality.

Im going to end it there & only stick to the issues you mentioned, though there’s many more. I truly do think men could benefit from gender equality in so many areas & true feminists should be fighting for all genders rights. A lot of what you’re saying is true…since women don’t have to “do anything” men have to do everything. If we expected women to do more & gave them said opportunities it could help balance the scales for you guys as well. You’re inequality is valid.

Alright, I'm gonna try this once and if I feel you aren't going to debate in good faith, I'm done.

Let's start off with the financial.

Why is it women have the unique ability to sell their bodies while men have a harder time? Because the buyers are men. Why is that important? Because men disproportionately get paid more and have the expendable income and lack of willpower when it comes to their sexual drives to resist paying for it. The question is why should women even need to resort to that if things were more equal in the workplace? You also mention how "easy" it is to basically become a sex worker and it honestly is hard work and a lot of competition to try and compete with other pretty women. It also comes with a shelf life.

You discuss the beauty industry being geared towards women, not taking into consideration that it is practically a requirement for us in both dating and the workplace. Incels and pillers LOVE quoting this 20% of men quote but conveniently forget that they aren't scraping the bottom of the barrel for women either no matter how much they lie to themselves. In the workplace, not only do we have to be good at our job, but look and act a specific way to not come across as bitchy.

Let's move on to education.

More women are being accepted because more of us are interested in furthering our education. Why? Because we have to work twice as hard for acceptance in the workplace especially in male dominated STEM fields. Even with an education we tend to find dismissive men who think we are inferior to them when it comes to those subjects. I fail to see how this makes it easier for us in life when forced to come to grips with that reality.

There is a large group of men (use these boards for example) who feel like we should be making a return to "traditional" families where a woman is indebted to him because of his income and lament that they are not finding girlfriends because women are working harder than ever to become self sufficient. Those opportunities are not being handed to us. We are going out and earning them. To hear you summarily dismiss our efforts in both how we earn our money and education is frankly insulting.

I'm glad and appreciate the fact that you put up an actual argument instead of something ad hom like everyone else. To address your first point men don't buy sexual content more than women because we make more even though the income disparity isn't that large to begin with especially considering the fact that women choose lower paying jobs (because they can). I agree with the point that the reason men are more likely to buy sex work services are because of our hormones and sex drive. It's rooted in us and it turns into an addiction. That's also why the majority of prostitutes are women because it's not viable to be one as a man the demand is to low. The reason women would "resort" to doing such a thing is because it's easier. Why go to school for 4 years and get a 9 to 5 when you don't have to. Ik plenty of men who would sell themselves if they could. All of the data on the gender wage gap has been acquired incorrectly. They don't look at people in the same field but instead take the mean income from each gender and compare the two. Women aren't getting paid less for the same jobs or else bussiness owners would only hire women do you realize how much money that would save them? Instead look at female dominated fields. Places were women are deciding to work Child Care, Teachers, Nursing (Yes, women choose to become nurses over doctors), Hair stylist. These are all lower paying jobs that no one asked them to do. They chose these fields because society never placed the pressure on them for making a lot of money. I will say that your points on competition are fair but I would like to make a point that the sex work industry isn't really dominated by "business women" and if you (unlike most) had an actual marketing strategy i gurantee you would get far. Beauty is not a requirement for women it just makes your life easier and you take advantage of that. Also the idea that it's a requirement in the workplace to be preety is a load of BS because studies

Again I'm not going to restate the points i made earlier on job choice for your points on education. And more women aren't being accepted to college because more of you are furthering your education it's because society has somehow created the idea that the reason women make less money is because they aren't educated. If we look at statistics In 2019, the overall college enrollment rate was 44% for female students and 37% for male students. And in 2010 (the oldest data we have from the US census) 34% of women age 25 to 34 had a bachelors degree or higher compared to 27% of men. So why aren't women making the same median income of men? I'll say it again Career choice. STEM fields are male dominated because men choose to work in stem. People are even offering more jobs to Women in stem to fill this unnecessary gap in means to "Diversify" their workplace and fix the "discrepancy". Here is more anecdotal evidence but i'm going into STEM and not once have i ever in my entire life seen anyone tell a girl she couldn't code or become a chemist because she's a girl.

I would like to make it clear that i am not a misogynist or an Incel who thinks we should return to a traditional way of life i'm just trying to make it clear how much privilege women actually have but i will say it is becoming harder for men to find partners because women are becoming more picky I can give you data on that if you don't believe me. Women choose places that accept them and that fit their experience. When we are growing up, we are less likely (particularly in the past but this is changing) to have been taught at home to learn STEM fields and been more expected to be babysitters and care for the home/family. You can't expect someone to have a lifetime of being stuck in gender roles by their parents and then suddenly know computer engineering unless it was a passion they pursued on their own.

Why go to school for 4 years or work when you don't have to? Because some people don't have the confidence or desire to turn to sex work. Where I'll give you some leeway is when it comes to major job loss like it did during the pandemic. Women were more likely to be able to stay home and care for the family or turn to things like OnlyFans. Thing is, very few actually make any real money doing only fans. The ones who do can make more than a male twitch streamer easily, but it isn't common. I think the average income overall for an OnlyFans account was less than 200 a month when I last researched this for a debate.

I work in a technology field and I've had men try to explain systems to me that I personally trained them on and knew inside and out. I was the one everyone came to and yet some still believe that because I'm a woman they had to know better. I'd patiently let them finish and then personally show them how it worked and gosh it was both frustrating initially and then redeeming when they'd slink away with their tail between their legs. Know what I got for knowing what I was talking about? I got accused of being bitchy and ignored by those men who were on my team. They never wanted to acknowledge I knew what I was talking about, they just wanted to feel superior. For years my boss kept putting men in a position that I should have had from the beginning and eventually when every single one of them washed out he finally relented and gave it to me. That's the reality we face in STEM fields. We've needed diversity hires to give us opportunities.

I’ve done engineering since I left school, the organisation I now work for actually sponsors a number of STEM and similar initiatives.

I have interviewed and saw it first hand managers doing interviews making derogatory remarks over potential girl candidates.
