If life as a woman is harder then why do so many women want to have daughters?

Because when we want to have kids we don't think about the dangers and hardship our child might have to have to through. We think about the love and happiness babies brings and how we want to watch them grow. We are going to try our best to protect our kids regardless of boy/girl and teach them how to be strong and handle things in life. Why slight preference towards girls? Because generally girls express love openly, more affectionate and are much gentle than boys (who also brings some really good things in life that you can't experience from most girls). Most girls would rather play with barbies, be a princess and have an imaginary tea party while most toddler boys climb high on stuff and want to jump. Pull apart toys and prefer spinning wheels. So, it seems like taking care a girl will be much easier than boy as in most cases, boys tend to be keep you on your toes because of their curiosity that puts them at risk.

I am talking about generally. Of course, some boys aren't like that and some girls aren't exactly how I mentioned.

Other than that, women want to have a daughter to see herself in that little girl. Give her the kind of life they never had growing up.

I think both males and females are excellent as children but males are easier to raise because the chances of abuse are lower when they become adults.

Because a lot of them like the idea of dressing up their daughters, like some little doll. They don’t look beyond that in a lot of cases. It’s like when women want to get married, they’re usually just focused on the wedding, the fun, the honeymoon. They’re not focus on when things come back to reality. It’s similar to having a daughter. Dressing her up. Playing dolls, house or whatever girls play these days. Making her look cute. They’re not thinking of the teenage years when a lot of teenage girls end up having attitudes.
