I'm like average sized- a bit of belly fat and 5'1 but my breasts are really large (size DD)? Is that unattractive cos I am considering surgery?

When reading your question I hear you saying more than what you're asking depending on your age and your 51 you're not even done growing yet I think you have a good idea of what you want and what you're going to need and you're asking this question you preparing yourself I think you're probably right in the way that you feel because you're uncomfortable and you know they're just going to get bigger I think that you probably very beautiful you might have a little bit of belly fat because you're insecure of your big breasts but I think in time and in the long run you know it's right I see you have to do whatever you feel is comfortable to make you happy because that's what it's all about nobody else except for you like I said I bet you probably very beautiful but you just thinking way ahead of time and that's pretty good that you're on top of it like that

Like women with penises, we all like different things. There will be guys that love that, others not so much. But if you are considering surgery, my advice would be don't base that decision on guys. Base it on YOU completely. Like if they cause you any pain, etc. Or if YOU want them smaller. There's always risks with any surgery, and expense, so don't base the decision on guys. Do what you want to.

Well, it is completely your choice to do so. If that is something that will help you with confidence in your look and you can afford it, then that is certainly something to consider.

It may also help in later years. I am same cup size and I already have some back/neck issues.

Because 'DD' doesn't mean large, it can be very small and going by your description of your frame, a DD would definitely not be large on you. Just to give an example, Ariana Grande is about 5'2 or less and she is like a 26DDD.

Unfortunately, accurate information is VERY hard to come by when it comes to bras and bra sizing. This is the problem. She is nowhere near an A, an A on her frame would be almost inverted, putting it bluntly. 90% of us wear the wrong size. Google will tell you Ariana is a 32A but Google isn't a bra fitter. 32A is a size that SO many women wear, yet VERY FEW women ACTUALLY need it, because it's rare. You don't have to believe me, but I highly recommend trying the abrathatfits calculator. I look like Ariana Grande (same height and weight too roughly) and I'm a 26E. I was incorrectly fitted as a 32A in 3 different stores by 'professionals'. It fit terribly.
