Surgery is an option only if she thinks that her boobs are too big relative to her body size , shape or figure. If she has told you that she needs surgery , then you can pay for that surgery. some girls do need surgery especially if they find that their boobs are too big or heavy. No girl wants to have big boobs that give them pain , discomfort and bad body shape. Even guys oogle and give bad attention to such boobs. If she is unhappy with her boobs , give her the option to go for a breast reduction surgery.
