What can be the reasons of her wanting smaller boobs?

She just typically says that she hates her boobs being this big🤷🏻
The most obvious reason why a girl would want to have breast reduction is a health issue.
The larger the breasts, the more backpain they can cause. Furthermore, larger breasts are aesthetically not nice at all as they tend to sag very quickly, even at a younger age.
However, a breast reduction is not something that one should do just because it is fashionable or because of group/peer pressure.
While breast augmentation bears its problems, so does breast reduction. Depending on the extend of the reduction, there is more to the procedure than simply take some fatty tissue out. There could be some other cosmetic adjustment to be done, starting with a nipple/areola repositioning.

I don't know any girl with 36c boobs who would want them smaller. I'm 34b and I wouldn't mind being 36c and with padded bras I am about that size.
Her boobs are already below the average size, so she has nothing to complain about.
