Any girl who is serious about getting bigger or smaller boobs should make that decision herself, having been given unbiased medical advice. She should never be forced to do anything about her size - it should be entirely her own decision.
Personally I come into the almost-no-boob category. Nobody has ever suggested that I should do something about it, and since I'm happy just the way I am then I'm not even going to consider addressing something that is absolutely no problem.

I had a mastectomy at 18 and was offered implants. It was difficult but I accepted my flat chest, I would NEVER have plastic surgery. The dangers of the surgery itself and the harm implants cause are not worth it, they won't fix anything. It's better to accept your body and the changes it gets rather than modifying it to look like whatever you were implanted in your head as the "perfect body"
More teenage girls need to listen to this.
