What are your reasons for choosing not to have kids?

I’m not planning to have a child it’s because of all the above issues I will be dealing with. I’m going anonymous because I didn’t want any gossips about me choosing this path.

It’s expensive

More responsibilities

More stress and less time to rest during off days after work

Worrying about them because of how messed up the world is right now

Less time for sex

I mean, I always say how I want kids in the future, but sometimes I catch myself thinking if it's something I truly want. The main reason I would be opposed to having them is the world and society being fucked up place, and I would feel awful for them having to go through all this shit.

I don't think I can handle raising another human being, and, this is a big one, I'd have this constant fear of my child getting really hurt. I wouldn't even be able to leave them at school without worrying.
