Has anybody else been home so long they've forgotten how fun it was to just go out and have fun?

I went out for the first time in like 2 years since covid started and I forgot how fun it is to just be out enjoying myself with my boys!!!

When I get cabin fever, I only have to go out into the city for an hour or two and I'm ready to get away from all those people.

Of course I can get out and avoid people and that is the best, riding, hiking and such. Never stopped doing that.

I am an expert at avoiding people and social distancing.

Well with me that's the sad part is I haven't forgot about it I just haven't done it I'm content in that kind of pisses me off because usually I'm not I'm looking for something in my life but I can't find it sitting on my ass and since I know this I should do something about it because you're surely one of these days we're all going to have to put on their masks again and the same kind of bulshit will happen we will all be locked up in her houses and blah blah blah even though we all faked is it still going to be bullshit so I'd rather go out and find somebody now didn't go through another segment of humans with masks

Yes, I miss going out with my sister and my friends. I'm planning on going out more this summer.
From what I saw on TV it seems like Americans are all living as if the pandemic is over, so I thought you were all going to parties and having fun.

No I was definitely concerned about covid I have and aunt that passed away from it. So its a really scary thing for me

I think almost everyone felt that way in 2020.. After few months of staying home due to the pandemic. It was awful and I really miss going out with my loved ones and having lots of fun.

I didn’t have fun when I used to hang out, a night out with family or friends would cost me between $40 - $160 dollars and I would always worry about the hours it would take to earn back that money and I did not like the people I hung out with so it seemed like wasted money, I used to think I could accept their flaws if they were intelligent and fun, but later decided they did not add to my happiness.

I live in a smalL village in Yorkshire , UK.. It hasn't had any covid as i know of. But can get out onto the hills and moors.
