Possible Kidnapping?

I was in my car and just waiting for it to warm up it was dark outside around 6 am. I then notice a car right behind me basically blocking me so that I can reverse so I waited maybe 10-15 mins and then they decided to move back to let me reverse. Which is weird because they could have just left it was an empty parking lot there was no traffic or anything. I then reverse and they proceed to follow me and then they took a different turn and nothing happened. I am beyond confused really wasn't sure what was happening. Is this some sort of tactic to make you get out the car?

If you got any details of the car, maybe a pass off to police.
If it happens again, make sure to grab details of car and driver/occupants

If that happens again and they get out of the car approaching you just ram right into the car and go right to the nearest Cop you see or call 911

It could have been a undercover cop cause I don't see why they changed their mind, it was a perfect lick or kidnapping opportunity
