My cousin had an English speaking best friend for over 23 years and she was severely obese and had a degree in journalism and she married a Muslim guy and he took her to the Middle East and than he blocked her from contacting her family and friends in North America and nobody knows if she is dead or alive right now, she lives in the Middle East with her husband and she does not speak a single word of Arabic and cannot work since she is only able to do journalism in North America or Europe due to language barriers.

No. She went to the Middle East on her own. I've never been but I'm pretty sure that husbands own their wife like property. But that's not illegal there. No laws were broken.
