When you need to vent who do you usually vent to?

My boyfriend, my best friend, my mom, and my therapist… In that order.


My boyfriend is my best friend, so he hears an earful even if he’s not paying attention and gives me logical responses that I need. That’s when I go to my best friend. My bestfriend gives me that emotional or supportive response that I want when I rant. My mom just listens to it so she’s in the loop of everything. And my therapist helps me sort things out in a more constructive way, and listens to me.
