After you wake up, do you start immediately venting?

This happens to me most everyday. Sometimes I don't and it sure is nice. The venting will last about an hour and a half. I don't know how to stop this.

Venting just means complaining about your issues (for the most part) if you're stressed out and say "man I wanna kill that guy" but you don't actually want to kill him that would also be considered venting

Venting can also be lack of oxygen and you wake up without breath
