None, I am fairly anti drugs and avoid where possible.
they did try at one point to get me on them for depression and PTSD, however I worked out alternative ways of coping.

Eh, depending on the doctor some vitamins and minerals can actually be prescribed. I take a prescribed dose of magnesium for instance. Yeah I could just go by it in a grocery store, but it’s cheaper through a prescription and my doctor ordered it 🤷♂️
