How do you tell your friend you don't want to stay at her house cause of her cats?

I'm not allergic to cats, I've just not been a fan of them.
The last few times I've slept at my friends house, the cats kept jumping up on the bed & walking all over me.
She has 2.
They make me really uncomfortable & it was hard to sleep.
I don't want to upset her but I don't like sleeping at people's houses if they have them.
What can I say to not hurt her feelings?
This is the second time I've stayed, but I can't do it for another time

Ah well. This is a true issue.

I had cats for 30 years. Grew up with dogs that were kept outside. I always had inside outside cats, but kept a catbox inside the house. Never knew how stinky it was until I adopted a cat that didn't use one and was freed of that odor.

I've always had issues with cats sleeping on a bed. Jumping up in the middle of the night wakes me up.
Can't you close the door to your room and keep the cats out?

Your friend only has to limit her cats' freedom for the few days you're at her house. I think this is doable.
Talk to her. If you've been friends long enough, I'm sure she KNOWS you don't like cats. Not just hers, ANY cats.

She should be a better host.

I would tell her I'm a little bit allergic to them, sobreathing is kinda difficult.

Allergies to cats is the best one.
It's impossible to argue with that one.
Even if you are in a place that has cats, but you don't see them you have a really bad reaction.
Many people are allergic to cats.
