You would bring back the craziest thing with a killer instinct. Mine isn't much better. I was gonna say the sabretooth because i love that bad cgi movie but the lonewolf in me wants to go with the dire wolf

Maybe the Pyrenean ibex. It's a mountain goat that was hunted to extinction and declared extinct in 2000.

Scientists have attempted to clone it but the clones all died minutes after their conception.

It's a recently-extinct species and one extinct very much as a result of human activity. So it's one that i think could be integrated into the ecosystem without such jarring effects if brought back.

I don’t think I would. Kinder to let them rest in peace. The world is a brutal place. I couldn’t set them up for hard lives or be used for the interests of humans.
