How often are you irresponsible?

With respect to my own safety and well-being, all the time! With respect to other people's well-being and safety, almost never.

It's a weird contrast in my case. But I'm an adrenaline junkie and sponsored vert skater growing up. I like gambling with respect to my own safety and well-being. I'm the ultimate risk-taker when I'm the only one paying if I take a foolish risk or end up with bad luck.

But maybe because I'm the ultimate risk-taker and quite irresponsible with respect to my own safety and well-being, I've become especially averse to being irresponsible with other people who depend on me.

I've also got a Japanese mindset with respect to drinking. Drink hard but never miss a day of work, even if we have an extreme hangover. I never miss a day of work. The only time I missed work was one time the boss sent me home since I was so ill that my colleagues were making jokes saying they could send me to Iraq (this was during the "war on terror") as a biological weapon. Then my boss demanded I take an entire week off and not show up at the office because he was afraid I'd make other people sick at the office, but I would have gone to the office regardless if he didn't order me to stay home and take time out.
