If I feel that way, I try to remember to prioritize the care of my body. That might include drinking water, making sure my blood sugar levels are stabilized, making sure I feel clean & fresh, ending a shower with cold water, doing light exercise, setting little goals to accomplish, writing down or voicing my thoughts on anything, surrounding myself with anything constructive, etc.

I also recommend trying foods high in healthy probiotics. Many say they help with seritonin production. But even if it's proven wrong, it's still good for the body so it's a win-win.

Have you tried to figure out the root cause? Have you been stressed lately? School, work, relationships, friendships?

im not depressed its just i can't seem to be get happy it only lasts for very little before dissapearing

I think everyone goes through this at some point. If you’re feeling numb or sad for a long period of time, say a few weeks, it might be depression or stress

It’s okay to feel that way. I’d advise you to take a break from everything.. what makes you feel alive? Go for a walk, watch movies, hang out with your friends, or learn some recipes for cooking or get a new hobby like volunteering at an animal shelter or old age homes etc

i really want to experience Work again, meeting colleagues unfortunately i dont have a job anymore.

there's a lot of jobs here available but due to some issue i have i cannot work i have two wait some months or years before i can work again
