If I feel that way, I try to remember to prioritize the care of my body. That might include drinking water, making sure my blood sugar levels are stabilized, making sure I feel clean & fresh, ending a shower with cold water, doing light exercise, setting little goals to accomplish, writing down or voicing my thoughts on anything, surrounding myself with anything constructive, etc.
