NO... it belies a vestigial culture inculcating male's excusing their inability to master their 'selves'.
Every culture's males experience sexual arousal.

Advanced cultures acknowledge the potential to become SO addicted to the natural release of neuro-pharmacology (Dopamine, Seratonin and Oxitocin) that they license 'gentleman's clubs' wherein desirable females deliberately behave provocatively usually by flirtatious dance; not unlike the Middle Eastern Hookah bars or Asian Opium Dens. SOME cross the line and also serve as means-to-an-end 'brothels'.

Metaphorically, it IS possible for females to ELECT to expose themselves physically to WHATEVER degree they feel themselves 'safe' to elicit flirtation to spark evolutionary reproductive courtship.
Humankind ARE among the primate family biologically; the SECONDMOST 'randy' species compared to the Bonobo Chimpanzee with whom mankind shares 98.7% THE SAME DNA genetics!

Incidentally the Bonobo are the ONLY OTHER SPECIES known to copulate face-to-face, in missionary position~

You could technically say the hijab already is a form of male harassment. It's a dress I know but think about it. Women should be able to wear whatever they want, right? So, why do Muslim men force women to cover themselves up completely.

The hijab IS male harassment. It seeks to desex women, yet nothing is done to desex men. It aims to say WOMEN are the cause of men harassing them, when MEN ARE THE CAUSE of MEN HARASSING WOMEN.

Rapists don't care what a woman's wearing, how old she is, if she's drunk or sober, a sex worker or a nun. They simply want to dehumanize women by taking away their physical autonomy and putting a woman in a sack is another way of dehumanizing a woman. There are still rapists in countries where women walk around in bags.

I heard on the radio that the "face" is the cause of sin, so it must be covered, according to a vice protection squad in Afghanistan. But ONLY THE WOMAN'S FACE. The height of sexism.

Our sexuality and human beauty are God-given and should not be hidden.

Well as a woman raised Christian who converted to Islam and now covers everything excpet my hands and eyes, I can say that it has taken inappropriate sexual overtures from frequent to nil. The most I will get is the sex glare. Except for xenophobes who hurl unoriginal insults, I am treated with the utmost respect.

No. Sexual assault is much higher in Islamic countries. Muslims are the biggest sex offenders in the world generally. Starting with Muhammad, a pedo who banged a 9 year old and allowed Muslim men to rape wives of War captives.
