I am the manager (and boss) and the work usually has high levels of stress and busy-ness for the workers, so... I am naturally inclined to make it as better as possible, if I need to be straight forward I will do that but never with an attitude

I need them to trust me and for them to follow 100% so I need that confidence with them, most of them are older or way younger, so either I see them as friends or with respect to get along... if we do not get along, then I just can't work with them

fortunately, we have no costumers that come and go, just a few clients that need a very specific service and as long as I make sure it is done, they only call to request and confirm, not so much drama with them

I go between being the most talkative person and being the quietest person.
Sometimes I can talk for like an hour while doing my work and other times you won't be able to get me to say a word other than "understood"

Boss "Hey I need someone to put this on the correct shelf"
Me "understood"

Boss "you did well today, good job"
Me "understood"

Boss "do you have time to come in on Friday"
Me "unfortunately not"


But like I said there are times where I just can't shut up
